Mindful Grooves 
8 class series April & May 2018

Mindful Grooves is a fusion of mindfulness and yoga with music, dance, and positive psychology.
In this 8 week series, we will be practicing mindful awareness through our breathe, gentle movement and music. 

Each week, we will be exploring one of the attitudes of mindfulness such as, non-judgement, patience, non-striving, trust, acceptance, letting go and beginner's mind.

The classes are designed to relieve stress and boost mood. You will leave class feeling more grounded, present and joyful!

No yoga, meditation or dance experience or ability is necessary. Some very basic, simple choreography is offered with lots of room for self-expression.

We accommodate all shapes, sizes and abilities so please, come as you are! This class is accessible to everyBODY!

Series price (8 classes) is only $65. Drop ins will be welcome (space permitting) for $10 per class.

Setting Intentions for a Happier New Year

This series of 3 workshop focuses on creating a more mindful and less stressful holiday season so we can head into the new year thriving, not merely surviving.
We will be spending time each workshop practicing mindfulness in a variety of ways, discussing how to apply the attitudes of mindfulness to our lives, and idenitfying practical ways we can live more intentionally, rather than reactively, in order to have less stress, more joy and better relationships through the holidays and continuing into the new year by setting clear intentions for how and who we want to BE in 2018.

Each workshop can be taken alone but of course, they go really great together and pricing is designed to encourage your participation in all 3.
